Looking to possibly set up our business on direct deposit or payroll cards as an option. I can't find the fees that the employer incurs for these?

Thanks for your question, Meggan. We'd be glad to discuss.
Using direct deposit to pay your employees is easy with TD Bank. You can enroll in TD BusinessDirect! If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you enroll for BusinessDirect, you will receive an email within two business days that includes your User ID and password.
If you would like access before this, feel free to visit any TD Store during lobby hours and a Banking Specialist can enroll you during your visit. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
After you're signed up, you are able to use the ACH tab to send direct deposits to your employees. To sign up for this feature, you must select this tab and answer the questions provided. You will then be able to transfer funds to your employees using their account and routing number. There is a $10 Batch fee for each group you set up for your ACH deposits.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact our BusinessDirect team 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or visit your local TD Store.
We hope this helps, Meggan and have a good day.

Is the $10 batch fee a one time fee or a fee for every deposit you do?

Thanks for joining in on the conversation this morning, Don!
We'll gladly clear up any confusion.
When looking to take advantage of TD Bank's ACH feature within BusinessDirect, generally speaking, the fee is assessed for each batch; however, this may vary depending on your account type. To learn more, we'd like to invite you to review the Account Guide specific to your account for more information.
To find the Account Guide for your account type, you're first welcome to click here: https://go.td.com/2lg0QHF, and after finding your account type, simply click 'View Account Guide.' More information on the ACH feature within BusinessDirect can be found in the 'Funds transfer and international items' section.
As our friend Megan mentioned above, if you ever have any questions, our Small Business Banking Specialists are also here to help. To reach a Specialist you may simply dial 800-493-7562, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Thanks again for stopping by, Don!
Have an amazing Tuesday.
