Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Barbara. We'd be glad to help ensure your trip goes smoothly.
When traveling, you can make an ATM withdrawal from any machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo. We encourage you to check out our current fee schedule, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you use your Debit Card out of the country. If you are unable to find an ATM that is compatible, with the TD Bank Debit Card, it may be used to obtain a VISA Cash Advance.
There are limits in place when making ATM withdrawals. For information on your daily limit amounts, please take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 43-44). Please also know that there is no limit to the number of transactions you're able to make with your TD Checking account!

While travelling to Scotland, if your need to reach us, you may do so by dialing (856)-751-9000. Additionally, you can call collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518.
We hope this helps and have a great trip!
