Good afternoon and thanks for writing into TD Helps, Chelsea! We'll be glad to assist you with your direct deposit question.
We'd like to begin by stating that the only way a direct deposit posts to your account correctly is when the depositor has your full routing and bank account number. If you haven't received a direct deposit and the depositor claims they have made the deposit, we recommend verifying your full routing and account number with them.
To find your routing number, you can refer to any personal checks you may have. Your full routing number is the first set of number on the bottom left hand side of your checks. You can also access your routing number on your account statements. Your full account and routing number is located at the top right hand side of your statements. If you don't have any statements handy, you can access them through your online banking. . If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account, click on the account that you'd like to view and select one of your statements.
We sure hope this helps, Chelsea and let us know if you have any additional questions. Have a great weekend!
