Hey Stephanie, thanks for writing in to us here at TD Helps. We are happy to help guide you in the right direction!
There are a couple of ways we can offer you to help retrieve your pin number for your TD Debit Card. Your first option is to call us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. Once our dedicated Banking Specialist verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service representative, you could visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours. The Representative would be able to reset your PIN number for you. For a listing of Store hours and locations, please follow this link: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
The security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone. We do have a few options to retrieve your account number and are happy to provide them to you. If you have any checks available, your account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. It will also be available to you on the top, right side of your statements. If you do not have a paper statement available, you can always log in to your account online to view it. If you're not already enrolled for Online Banking, please give our Digital Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be able to set up your Online Banking for you. Additionally, you may visit a Store location as mentioned above to obtain your account number.
Hope this helps, Stephanie. Have a great one and let us know if you have any further questions.
