Skincare said a full credit ($89.97) was issued! I only received a credit of $44.98!!!

We're sorry to hear that you've received only a partial refund from Skincare. Please know that merchant refund amounts are determined by the merchant and cannot be altered by anyone other than the merchant. When we receive a refund to your account, whether through the debit card or by ACH, we post that credit exactly as it is received, on the day that it is received. If you received a credit from Skincare in the amount of $44.98, it is because that is the amount that they issued for a refund.
As it sounds as though you were expecting more, we'd like to offer some options. First, we'd be happy to review your debit card for any new incoming refunds today, in case they have broken the refund up into two payments. Just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We're always here to help. We also recommend reaching out directly to the merchant to inquire into why only a partial refund was issued and to request the remainder as was promised.
