I recently called TD bank and requested to open an account on the phone. I have now received a form with my account info on it, to sign and return to the bank. My question is, what happens next after mailing this form back? How do I know my account is officially opened and when can I register for online access to my account?

Thanks for your question, Hamid. We'd be glad to clarify.
Though the online enrollment requires you to have a debit card, you are able to enroll your account in Online Banking immediately. To sign up, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In regard to the document you've mailed, the duration of time it takes depends on your post office. The typical estimate is 7-10 business days. Your account will be updated when we receive the information you've sent. You are able to check on the status of your account by contacting us using the methods above.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
