Based on your description, it sounds like you've made a transfer online from your TD Checking account to your TD Visa Credit Card account and you’ve made an overpayment. The overpayment will appear on your account as a credit in which you may use towards your transactions.
If you wish to request a refund for this overpayment, we can certainly guide you in the right direction.
You may submit this request is by calling TD Card Services at 1-888-561-8861. You may reach out to them at your earliest convenience, as they are available 24/7.
You may also submit this request by sending a secure message usingwww.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
