I recently got a job, and previously, was unable to pay the fee I owed because I didn't have the money. When I set my account up for direct deposit, it was still open, but when I tried to access it today, the day I should be getting the money for my on the job interview, and orientation hours, it wouldn't let me into my account. What do I do? What will happen when the money is sent? I would like to keep my current account

Hi Tyler, thanks for submitting your inquiry.
Based on the details you provided it seems as though your account may have been sent to our Recovery Department. We recommend reaching out to them directly. They may be reached Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm at 800-742-2651. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hour and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives may be able to assist you. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
As far as the deposit is concerned, if it was sent to a closed account it will be returned back to the sender. You're welcome to visit a nearby TD location and we'll be happy to review this further if you would like. Otherwise, please reach out to your employer for additional details.
We hope this helps and please enjoy your afternoon.
