Thanks for stopping by with your question, Lia.
Although it is very important to have all the information required to process an international wire transfer, if the sender used the following information incorrectly it is still possible to receive the funds, although is not guaranteed.
The information needed to be provided depends on what type of currency was used.
If you will be receiving the funds via US currency, the sender only needed to provide the following information:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A Wilmington, Delaware
Credit to: Your Account Title, Address and Account Number
If you will be receiving the funds via foreign currency, these additional wire instructions were needed:
Wire to: The Toronto-Dominion Bank
Swift code: TDOMCATTTOR
The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2
For Further Credit to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A
Swift code: NRTHUS33XXX
TD BANK, N.A.
TD Store address including the street, city, zip code, and country of your home Store (If you are unsure about what your local Store is, you may use TD BANK, N.A. Address: 6000 Atrium Way Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 USA).
Credit to: Full Name (as it appears on the account), your Address, and your Account Number
According to the information you have provided, although the funds have already been withdrawn from the senders account, he/she might want to reach out to their financial institution to see if they can still add the zip code. You're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so we can check your account to see if there was any wire activity. You're also invited to visit a TD Bank location for further assistance. Please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations. Typically, you should expect to receive the payment within three to five business days. We post all incoming wires received from the Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. A confirmation will be sent to you the day the wire transfer is credited to your account. At this time, we may not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and will return them to the sender.
We hope this helps, Lia and please let us know should you have any other questions. Have a nice day.
Brian M., Mount Laurel
