Welcome to TD Helps, Masayoshi. We'd be happy to help!
If you process a transaction and you do not have enough funds in your account, one of two things can happen. Your transaction may be rejected and not allowed to process, or, your account can overdraw allowing the transaction to process. Keep in mind that if your account does overdraw, there may be fees applied for the transactions responsible. For more information on fees that may be applied, please visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
