It's so nice of you to join us on TD Helps today, Tyana.
We can certainly understand that there may be times when you're unable to visit a TD Bank Store to make a deposit in person. Please have no worries as we do have some options for you.
Someone else may make a deposit into your account using cash or check. If you have a check which needs to be deposited, they can bring the check (made payable to you) into the nearest TD Bank Store to deposit on your behalf. To find the closest Store and hours, please use check out our Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. We do recommend writing on the back of the check "For Deposit Only" before it's brought in. Also, we want to make sure that the deposit is applied to the correct account, so please provide whoever is bringing the check in with your full name and the last 4 digits of the account number for verification.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we do offer Mobile Deposit via our Mobile App. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account. Please understand, there are daily limits and 30-day limits on our Mobile Deposits. The limits on mobile deposits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information on Mobile Deposit.
Generally speaking, the first $100 of all non-cash deposits made with a Teller is available the same day. After that, the remainder of the funds are usually available on the following business day after the date of your deposit. Please understand, there are exceptions that may cause delays in funds availability, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply with further details or you may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope that you have a quick recovery, Tyana and please take care.
