I forgot the answer to the security question and my account locked. How do I get it back?

Welcome to TD Helps, David.
When your Online Banking is locked, we ask that you either contact us via phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store. After account verification we will have your Online Banking unlocked in no time! For a listing of TD locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If this is regarding your TD BusinessDirect account, please call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2.
Once you're able to log back in, you can change the answers to your security questions at any time by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab.
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions include:
-Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
-Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like " LBI." instead of " Long Beach Island ".
-Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.
