Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Laura.
We do offer the option to send ACH payments from your computer if you're enrolled in TD Bank BusinessDirect Online Banking. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1bEQmZW for our TD Bank BusinessDirect Online Banking features. On this page you will also see a demo which will highlight and walk you through our available features. During the demo, you'll be able to view the needed information. To use our ACH feature, you must first be enrolled in the ACH service. To do so, please select the ACH tab and then select "Enroll Today." TD Bank BusinessDirect Online Banking will then require you to answer 3 questions in regard to ACH payments. Once completed and after you select "Next," a message will appear letting you know that you will receive a confirmation telephone call within the next two business days. Please note that if you do not receive a call or if you miss the call from our Representatives, you will have to go into a TD Bank Store near you to complete the enrollment request. For a listing of TD Bank hours and locations please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact our Small Business Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562, option 2. We recommend the receivers of the ACH payments to contact their Financial Institutions to see if there are any applicable fees for their account.
We hope this helps and have a nice day.
