Thanks for writing in today, Gloria.
Generally speaking, you may see these items listed on your account if a check you recently deposited was returned to your account unpaid. If this is the case, a fee would apply and you may take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to review our Fee Schedule.
To provide specific information to you about these, we would need to review your account with you. Please note that we would like to assist you directly; however, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
To better assist you, feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy look into this with you. Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank Store for assistance. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you prefer and you are enrolled for online banking, you may also send us a Secure Message so that we can review your account further. To send a secure message you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Hope this will help, Gloria. All the best and we look forward to speaking with you soon!
