Hi Cora. Thanks for reaching out to us.
It sounds like you may be inquiring into an Overdraft Transfer Fee. This fee is charged if your Savings Overdraft Protection is used.
We offer Savings Overdraft Protection to our Customers as a great way to help prevent overdraft fees. If one or several transactions overdraft your account on any given day, you don’t have to worry. If you've got Savings Overdraft Protection added to your account and sufficient funds in your savings account, we'll transfer the necessary money over to your checking account at the end of the day to cover the balance. This ensures that none of your payments are returned unpaid and you don't receive any Overdraft Fees.
There is no charge for enrolling in this service, but there is a fee changed when it is used. There is only one fee charged per day. We encourage you to check out our page on Savings Overdraft Protection for additional info about how it works and the fee associated with it. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lmjVaq.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Have a great weekend, Cora!
