I made an online order to load funds to my PRESTO transit card. I used my debit card online to pay. The funds didn't load onto my PRESTO card. I contacted PRESTO and they said that the payment didn't go through because they didn't claim it. Although, in my bank account statement, it clearly shows the withdrawal of the funds to PRESTO. PRESTO said that the withdrawal is a "pre-authorization hold". I just need help understanding this situation and if I will get my money back.
