A telephone code is used to access the automated system we offer when dialing 888-751-9000. Instead of selecting "0" to reach a Representative, you are able to check your accounts by following the prompts. The automated system will ask you for either your ATM/Visa Debit Card number or your account number. You will then have to verify the last four digits of your Social Security number if this is your first time using the automated line. Once you verify the information requested, you will be asked to create a telephone code.
If you have trouble setting up your automated system settings, you are able to select "0" at any time to be connected to a Representative who will be happy to assist you. If you prefer to speak with a Representative in person, feel free to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
