An IM withdrawal is the term that is used when a check has been cashed from your Checking account at a TD Bank location. Once the item posts to the account, it will include the check number of the item that was presented. If you would like to look into this further, we recommend giving a call to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists at (888) 751-9000, they are available 24/7 to talk your call.
You also have the option of sending us a Secured Message if you do not have time to call. To send a Secure Message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a Secured Message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message you can ask us anything about your account and we will be glad to look into it further.
