Happy Saturday, Muhammad, and thanks for bringing your question to TD Helps!
We'll be happy to clear up any confusion.
With a TD Bank Credit Card, you may have the option to obtain a cash advance at participating locations, and depending on your relationship with TD Bank, this limit can vary. To view this limit, you may simply log into TD Card Services, http://bit.ly/2EfrNGy. Your cash advance limit can be found towards the top, center of your screen under 'Available Cash.'
Should you wish to obtain a cash advance using your credit card, you may visit any participating locations, including your nearest TD Store location. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you with your cash advance, during lobby hours, and you're welcome to use this link: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location, as well as their hours and contact information.
It's important to note that when obtaining a cash advance with your credit card, a higher interest rate may be applied for this transaction, and if you'd like to learn more, we invite you to check out the Terms and Conditions here: http://bit.ly/29y0rfa.
Additionally, if you have any questions or concerns, you're always welcome to connect with one of our Credit Card Specialist. They may be reached by dialing 888-561-8861, and for your convenience, are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We sincerely hope this helps to answer all your questions, Muhammad!
