Thanks for writing in today, Merredith! We'll be glad to guide you in the right direction regarding your interest paid or earned on your account.
We'd like to let you know that 1098 and 1099 Tax Forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015 to account holders that paid a minimum of $600.00 or earned more than $10.00 in interest for the tax year of 2014. Although 1098 and 1099 Tax Forms are not available online, you can still check your December 2014 statements through online banking to see the amount of interest that you paid or earned last year on your account. Feel free to contact us 24/7 at 800-937-5020 to speak with a Financial Solutions Group to request a 1098 form or 888-751-9000 24/7 to request a 1099 form. You can also visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secured message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
We hope this is helpful and let us know if you have additional questions, Merredith! Take care and enjoy the rest of your week.
