So I've applied for a credit card recently and I didn't receive the card after one whole month. I called the customer service people and they offered to send my card to a TD bank location. I agreed and went there to pick my card up 2 days after that. The next day, I was charged with $25 for "FAST CARD FEE". I'm not exactly sure what it is and is it because I requested for a new card? Even though I didn't anything in the first place and that wasn't even my fault!
