Is there a limit how many checks I can deposit via the appt at once? Or an amount limit? I just deposited one check and it said I exceeded the limit when I went to deposit the other.

Thank you for sending your question to TD Helps today, Nicole. We're sorry for any confusion about our Mobile Deposit Limits, and are glad to clear this up for you.
TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to Customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account.
Mobile Deposit limits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. At this time, the limits to the amounts you can deposit using the Mobile Deposit feature is as follows:
3-6 months, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $1,000 - 30-day Limit: $2,500
6-12 months, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $3,500
More than 1 year, deposit up to: - Daily Limit: $2,500 - 30-day Limit: $6,000
Please note; the limits are subject to change. Additionally, the 30-day limit is rolling and does not follow the calendar month or the statement cycle. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information and to see the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
We'd be happy to answer any additional questions you may have about Mobile Deposit. Please call one of our Digital Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 whenever it's convenient for you, or you're also welcome at any TD Bank Store near you; please see http://bit.ly/TDStores for your locations.

I have been a TD Bank checking customer for many years. I deposited a check for $2,250.00 using Mobile app. I tried to deposit a second check for $1,250.00, but was told I had exceeded my limit. What are the limitations?

Why do you set a limit on the amount of mobile deposits? Going to the bank in person is inefficient, especially for entrepreneurs or freelance professionals who may receive tens of checks via mail each month, and automatically want to deposit them. I'll be going to the bank almost every day. Is there a way for individuals to increase their limit? Thanks.

Thanks for dropping by TD Helps today! We'll be sure to provide some information regarding our deposit options.
Although mobile deposit limits cannot be increased at this time, we do have other deposit options. Feel free to visit any TD Bank during lobby hours to make your deposits or you can make an ATM deposit as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. You also have the option of mailing in your deposits if you're not near a TD Bank. Please review the information below on how you can mail in your deposits.
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day.
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail - Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same - Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only") - Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed - Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy - If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly - Do not staple transactions
We hope this information helps and let us know if you have any questions. Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
