Thank you for connecting with us on TD Helps, Lillian. We're happy to help.
At TD Bank, we offer different types of personal Checking accounts, each of which has its own daily minimum balance requirement. You can review a full list of all Personal Account Maintenance Fees and compare our accounts here: http://bit.ly/1nldlQv.
If you would like to discuss daily minimum balance requirement with us in more details, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 and we would be glad to review the minimum balance requirement of your account with you. If you call and speak with one of our Banking Specialists, we'll also be more than happy to offer some suggestions in order to avoid future maintenance fees. Additionally, if you're currently enrolled in Online Banking, you can login here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once in, you can send us a Secure Message to inquire about the specifics of your account. While logged in to your online profile, on the left hand side you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the Message Center.
Lastly, you always have the option to sit down with a Banking Specialist in person if you'd prefer at any TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. Find the closest one here http://bit.ly/TDStores and step in during lobby hours to discuss and we'd love to see you there.
Just in case that you're not currently a TD Customer; however, would like to become one, we invite you please take a look at our many different types of personal Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd. The minimum daily balance requirement can be found underneath each account type. You may also feel free to check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help with selecting a Checking account that is the best fit you.
Thanks again for stopping by, Lillian. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon!
