Welcome to TD Helps, Willie! We'd be happy to go over ways to retrieve your account number.
Although we are unable to provide your account number over the phone or through email, there are other ways to obtain it.
You may wish to enroll for Online Banking. Once you enroll for Online Banking and after you log in via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone, you will be able to view your account number on the homepage. To enroll, we ask that you connect with us directly at 800-493-7562. After our Digital Banking Specialists verifies you, they will be more than happy to help set you up!
You may also view your account number via your paper statements, located at the top right corner of the page. If ordered checks and have received them or if you have checks for your account, your account number can be found on your check. It would be the second set of numbers located at the bottom of the check.
As always, you can also visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Our Specialists can help enroll you for Online Banking and they can also provide you with your account number. Prior to your visit, please make sure to bring your photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helps, Willie and have a lovely day.

Hi David! Thanks for joining the conversation.
It sounds like you may have a new job. If so, congratulations! We'd be happy to help you locate your account number for direct deposit.
While we can't provide account numbers by phone or email, it can be found online or by visiting any of our Stores.
To find your account number through your Online or Mobile banking, log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, you should be able to see your full account numbers. From Mobile banking, log into the app and select the account you'd like to use for direct deposit, and then click the 'Details' tab. It will show the last four numbers of your account number, but here is a hyperlink to show the full account number. Click this link and the full account number will be viewable.
You're also invited to stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find a nearby location, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. We can provide you with your account number and even a Direct Deposit Form if that will help your employer in setting up your direct deposit. This form is also available on our website to print out at home. Please click here: https://go.td.com/2bR9xDw to access that form.
Have a great day, David.

How long does it take to receive your debit and checks in the mail?
June 8, 2017 01:45:03 PM
In reply to Charlene, Sumter
Hi Charlene! We're so glad you've opened an account with us.
If you've also opened your new account online and requested your debit card and checks during that account opening, you should receive both in approximately 7-10 business days at the address you provided. They will arrive separately and your debit card will be in an unmarked envelope, so please keep an eye out for it.
We'd be happy to confirm that both the debit card and checks have been ordered and provide the shipping date, if available. We invite you to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to visit us at any of our Stores. You can find a location near you at https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Thanks for choosing TD Bank! Have a great day, Charlene!
