Thank you for reaching out to us, Jasmine. We're happy to point you in the right direction to retrieve your account number.
One way to obtain your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be viewing the Accounts tab, which immediately lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view the account number.
If you don't have an Online Banking account at this time, don't worry! While your account number is necessary to use the self-service enrollment form, if you were to give our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, after account verification we can set your account up for Online Banking for you!
Another option available to locate your account number is via your checks or account statements. If you have a Checking account with TD Bank and have a supply of checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Also, if you receive paper statements for your account and have any of these handy, your account number is located in the top right corner of your paper statement. Since you mentioned that your account is new, you should expect to receive your first statement in the mail in about 30 days.
