Thanks for writing in on TD Helps, Mark!
There are a few options you have to view your account balance and we'd be happy to go over them with you.
If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking with us, you would be able to view your TD account balance online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page, and then click on the name of the account you want to view. You'll be able to see the balance there. Then, to review any transactions, you may select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History.” After, select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/Debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
You can also access up-to-the-minute account information by calling using our automated banking system (IVR) or contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at the number above, or feel free to visit one of our convenient locations near you. At our Stores, you can check your balance at any of our ATMs with no charge, or stop inside to check with one of our Representatives. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours, or ATMs, nearest you. We apologize that we can't provide this information directly to you here, as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum.
Thanks again for checking in, Mark.
We hope this helps! Have a wonderful night.
