Welcome to TD Helps, William. We'd be happy to help provide ways on how to obtain your account number and routing number.
TD Bank Routing Numbers are based upon the TD location where you originally opened your account. For a list of our current Routing Numbers please check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you are not certain which TD location you opened your account at, we invite to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for your Routing Number.
The security of your account information is extremely important to us; which is why we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, email or over the phone. We do have a few options for you to retrieve your Checking account number and are happy to provide them to you. If you have any checks available, your account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K.
You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store. Additionally, if you are enrolled for our online banking, another way to view your account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage. If you are currently not utilizing TD Bank Online Banking but would like to be enrolled, please review the following information. Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.comto enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly at the same telephone number listed above to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
