Welcome to the TD Bank community, Andrea. There are many ways that you may check your account balance. We'll be glad to go over all these options with you.
Checking your balance online is quick and easy. We'll be happy to walk you through the process. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online right after logging on to your account. You may also view the transactions as well. Please login to your account here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and you'll immediately be shown the Accounts page, where you can view your current balances. If you'd like more information, click on the individual account to view recent activity.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://go.td.com/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you have a Business account with us and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, we can also help with this! Please follow this link: http://go.td.com/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://go.td.com/TDStores.
Additionally, we also offer Mobile Banking services. The TD Bank Mobile App is available for most iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices so you can manage your banking needs anytime, anywhere. After you are enrolled for our online banking, you can download the app by visiting http://go.td.com/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
Lastly, you can also access up-to-the-minute account balance and transactions information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) at 1-800-937-2000, contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at the same number listed above (888-751-9000), or by visiting one of our convenient locations near you.
We are always here to help, Andrea. Feel free to reach out to us with any other questions.
