If this is so, please give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562, Option 2, and we'll be more than happy to assist you there with that platform. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to provide your user ID for you.
If you are referring to our Retail online banking, you may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. As stated above, our Banking Specialists will be able to verify your user name after your account information is confirmed.
