When I signed up at my local TD Bank, I was not given a username and password. Please provide me with this.

Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Donna! We'll be more than glad to answer any questions you may have about online banking.
If you didn't sign up for Online Banking when you opened your account, don't worry! We have several options for you. You may sign up by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have some of the information needed to set up your personal Online Banking account, or have any issues with the enrollment process, that's okay! If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for assistance.
And if you're already enrolled in online banking but are unsure of your credentials, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Digital Banking Team at the telephone number listed above. A Digital Specialist can assist you with retrieving your user name and resetting your password after they verify your account information.
