Our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), can be reached by dialing 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). To use this service, you will need your account number, which can be found on your statements or also located at the bottom of your checks. Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve account information. You will also need your PIN number, if this is the first time using the automated system, the PIN number will be the last four digits of your Social Security number or Tax Identification number if this is a Business account, which you will be requested to change.
