Welcome to TD Helps, Deborah. We're glad to provide you with some information today.
Please be assured that we're here to help you and walk you through any questions you might have. We're sure we can help you make sense of this so that you can best manage your accounts with us, as we know change can be unsettling.
As you know, on April 25, 2016, some accounts, including personal checking accounts, will now process transactions in the order in which they are initiated. Please note that this change does not impact TD Bank personal savings accounts or business accounts at this time. Your account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and pending transactions, will be processed in chronological order based on the date and time you make them.
You might like to take a look at this page: www.tdbank.com/newprocess, where we listed a few examples and a video about your available balance so you can check out these changes for yourself.
If you find you have other questions or thoughts, please reach us 24/7 by dialing 888-888-0130 or by sending us a Secure Message from within your Online Banking account. You can also reply to us here on TD Helps!
Deborah, we hope all of this information was helpful. Thanks and we wish you a great rest of your week!
