Welcome to TD Helps, Nathalie! We'd be glad to give you some details.
It sounds like you're referring to the feature TD Debit Card Advance. TD Debit Card Advance is a discretionary service that may allow debit card transactions to process though funds may not be available in your account. We invite you to learn more here: https://go.td.com/2exVmIX.
Please know that there are limits when using this service. These limits are determined by a variety of factors including your account history. Because this value is always changing, our Specialists are unable to provide this limit at this time.
If you'd like to discuss this feature and your account with a Specialist, feel free to reach out to us! We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, during lobby hours at any TD Store and via secure message online.
You can take a look at TD Stores in your neighborhood here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Sending a secure message is easy too! First sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
Have a great day and wonderful holiday, Nathalie!
