I received a gift card and can't activate it. I can't get any customer service because I don't have a TDbank account. what is the activation code? When I go to login, I'm taken to an activation page that does not request a password or pin. I entered the card number, entered the 3 digit pin as the activation code and entered the exp. date to no avail. Your phone help says technical difficulties. This process is ridiculous

To activate your TD Bank Visa gift card, please visit here http://bit.ly/1dmtzim to register your card. As it sounds like you're logging into your gift card account for the first time, your initial password is the 3 – digit security code printed on the signature panel on the back of your card. Please remember to change your password after signing in for the first time.

I tried to call customer service and I tried online to activate the card and I’ve had no luck. I do not have a to bank account so how Can I activate and use my card without one?
