Thank you for coming to us here on TD Helps, Matthew. You came to the right place for information.
The standard daily ATM Visa/Debit card limits are listed in the Personal and Business Deposit Account Agreements. Funds availability may be limited by factors such as your current available balance or a predetermined authorized daily limit established at your request. For standard daily withdrawal limits for your TD Bank Visa Debit card, please check our Personal Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs. 43-44).
You have a few options on how to request an increase if you are expecting to spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit.
You can send us a Secure Message via online banking to submit this request. If you have enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message to request this information. After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center." You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section, and click Send. Please include the information as described above.
If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists. Our Specialists can assist with the Online Banking enrollment.
You can also send us a written request via fax. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, and please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
Please note that in order to request an increase via fax or email, your account is required to be open for at least 90 days.
If your account has not been opened for 90 days or if you prefer, you may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day that the limit increase is granted. If you are interested in a permanent limit increase, please visit your local TD Store location.
If you are referring to your TD Bank Visa Credit Card, please contact TD Card Services 24/7 at (888)-561-8861.
Hope this information has been helpful. Have a great weekend Matthew.
