Good of you to come by TD Helps this evening, Ernest! It would be our pleasure to provide the ways that you can check your account balance.
We'd like to begin by stating that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to any account related information. However, there are many ways you can find out your balance in your account.
One of the easiest and quickest ways you can check your balance is through online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and from there you can view your account activity, your statements and much more!
Another way that you can check your balance is through our mobile app. In order to use our mobile app, you must be enrolled in online banking. Click here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H to download the link to your iPhone or Android. Feel free take a look here: http://bit.ly/1t2rx4L for additional information on our mobile app.
You can always give us a call 24/7 at the telephone number listed above to speak with a live Banking Specialist or you can use our automated system. Both methods will provide you with the most up-to-date balance on your account.
You're always welcome to stop by any TD Bank during lobby hours to receive your balance. You could also check your balance at any TD Bank ATM as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank and or ATM near you.
We hope this answers your question, Ernest and come by any time you have a question. Take care and have a wonderful night!
