Parents and children all have TD Bank checking accounts. In order to transfer various amounts and/or standard amounts monthly, we are not sure if person-to-person transfers or the bill pay method is best. Most importantly, we are interested in a fee-free method for these transactions. Thank you!

Thank you for coming to TD Helps today, Julie.
There are a few ways you can transfer funds between your family member's accounts without being charged a fee. You can write a check and give it to a family member to deposit. You also have the option of making a deposit into an account as long as you have your relatives account number at any TD Bank Store. Check http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you.
Another way you can make a transfer would be through Online Banking if you're an authorized signer on any of your relative's accounts. Once you're logged in please click on the "Transfer" tab. You'll then need to enter in the amount you're looking to transfer, select the account it's coming from and the account it's going to as well as whether this will be an Immediate or Scheduled Transfer then click "Continue." On the next page you'll confirm the details are correct then select "Complete Transfer."
Our online Bill Pay service is also free of charge. We invite you to take a look here for more information on our Bill Pay feature: http://bit.ly/1o0rwbX and for our Bill Pay FAQs, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7.
Please know that both Transfers and Bill Pay services provide one time only or recurring options.
If you're not enrolled in Online Banking, no worry, signing up is quick and easy! First, make sure you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address handy. Once you do, please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a dedicated Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up!
