The deposit routing number is different from the check routing number and is only 8 numbers vs 9 for a check. I want to order more deposit slips but the website I am using asks for 9.

It is a pleasure to have you join us on TD Helps, Robert.
We would like to take a moment and inform you that Routing numbers/ABA numbers are always 9 digits. However, since you mention you are ordering deposit slips, please know that the numbers associated at the bottom of the slips can differ from the numbers at the bottom of your checks. Normally the number you see on deposit slips is encoded with a code for the location where your account was originally opened. You're invited to check out: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF for a listing of all TD Bank routing numbers.
If you're not certain where you opened your account, please stop by any TD location with photo ID for more information. For Store locations and hours take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also call our 24/7 Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000 and they would be more than happy to help verify that information as well.
Let us know if this helps and take care!
