Borrowing & Managing Your Credit
In reply to Chris, Toronto
Thanks for joining us today on TD Helps, Chris.
We show that you're writing in from Canada and we'd like to let you know that you've reached the TD Bank located in the United States. If you were trying to reach out to TD Canada Trust, that's okay! We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1Dg9ya7 for a question similar to yours which was answered by our friend Stephanie. Feel free to join in on the conversation while you're there!
In case you meant to connect with us, we'd like to take this opportunity to provide you with some information regarding your TD Bank Secured Credit Card.
The funds you originally used for the account are held as collateral during the time you have the Secured card. If you request to close your card and we are able to confirm that your credit card account is paid in full with no outstanding obligations on your credit card account, you will then be able to access your original funds after the account is closed.
For additional information, please check out our TD Easy Rewards Secured Credit Card Agreement here: http://bit.ly/YX21jJ (pages 1 and 2). Feel free to contact a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, or visit any of our convenient TD Bank Store locations if you have additional questions. You may find a listing of TD Bank Store hours and locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We appreciate you stopping by today and please have a lovely day.
