I have an account and debit card in TD Bank. Opened it in New York. Right now i am in California and i need to get my money in cash from my card. How can i do that without/or with lowest fees? TD BANK doesn't have any offices or ATM's in California, right?

Thanks for checking out TD Helps, Yulia! We understand your dilemma and are glad to be of help.
Although TD Bank Stores are currently located on the East coast and we do not have any partner banks or networks in the California area, please keep in mind that you'll be able to make an ATM withdrawal using your TD Bank Visa Debit card or TD ATM card, even if you're not near a TD ATM. Our debit cards can be used at any ATM which accepts the Visa or NYCE networks, and ATM-only cards can also be used on the NYCE network. You can search for these logos on a local ATM to make your withdrawal. At this time, a fee of $3.00 applies for each ATM withdrawal, transfer or balance inquiry not made at a TD Bank ATM (subject to change) and you can see more details on our current fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. For transactions conducted at non-TD ATMs, the institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may also assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including for balance inquiries.
We understand that you may be inquiring about our ATMs in order to avoid a fee. Please note that many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. If you're using a Visa debit card, when making your purchase, please look for a cash-back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash. We also recommend reviewing your available balance prior to your withdrawal; this option is always free by logging into your TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or by phone at 888-751-9000. If you're not yet enrolled for online banking and would like to be, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and be sure to have your account number, debit card number, Social Security number and email address nearby.
TD Bank does offer several account options which rebate your non-TD ATM fees. To see if you will be affected by ATM fees, please check out: http://bit.ly/1rYwGdO and the chart provided at the first link above for further details. To find your account type you can review your account via your Online Banking as mentioned above. Or if you'd like, feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative directly at 888-751-9000, 24/7. They can review your account type and provide any additional suggestions tailored to your accounts to avoid ATM fees.
If you prefer, you also have the option of performing a cash advance. This can usually be completed at any bank nearby to you. We do advise that you check with the local bank regarding any fees they may assess for this service, prior to completing the advance.
We hope this helps you, Yulia and enjoy the rest of your time in California!
