If you're looking to send us a general inquiry via unsecure email, you're welcome to send a message to email@example.com.
On the other hand, if you're looking to send us an inquiry regarding your account, we ask that you send that to us through secure messaging. To do so, you must be enrolled for Online Banking. To start the enrollment process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
