Welcome to TD Helps, Cara!
It's good to hear from you today, and we apologize if you're having trouble connecting with your nearest TD Store location; however, we'll be more than happy to help.
While we're unable to provide an email address to a Store location, we're happy to let you know that you're able to obtain a Direct Deposit Authorization Form from TD Bank's main website, which can then be given directly to your employer! If you'd like, you may use this link: https://go.td.com/2bR9xDw to access this form. You can also check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2Erd9dP for more information on setting up a direct deposit with TD Bank.
When downloading and printing the Direct Deposit Authorization Form, it's important to note that you may need some account specific information, such as your account and routing number. Just in case you're unfamiliar with where you may obtain this information, we'll be more than happy to help!
We'd first like to mention that both your account and routing number for a Checking account can be found on the bottom of a personal check, if you have some in your possession. If you'd like, you can use this link: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63 to find a check sample. If you don’t have any personal checks in your possession, please don't worry, as you can also obtain your account number directly from your Personal Online Banking!
To get started with locating your account number via your online banking, you'll first want to log in using this link: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you need to enroll, we invite you to connect with one of our Banking Specialist, and they'll be more than happy to help! While Banking Specialists are unable to provide you with your account number over the phone, they'll still gladly assist you with enrolling in online banking. To reach a Banking Specialist, you may simply dial 1-888-751-9000, 24/7.
Once you've logged in, you should automatically be directed to the 'Accounts' tab where you'll have access to the last four digits of your account, as well as your balances. To get your full account number, you'll first want to click on your desired account. Once you're viewing a full list of your pending and posted transactions, you'll next want to click on the 'Details' tab towards the top of your screen. In this tab, you can find information such as the last four digits of your account number, account name, interest rate, and so much more. To see your entire account number, simply click the green hyperlink to the right of the number that reads 'Show' and you're all set!
If you need to obtain your routing number, it's important to note that routing numbers are designated to each account based on the state in which the account was opened. It looks like you're contacting us today from Massachusetts, and if this is the same state in which your account was opened, your routing number would be as follows:
Massachusetts/Rhode Island – 211370545
If your account was opened in a state other than Massachusetts, feel free to use the check sample link provided above to review all of TD Bank's routing numbers. If you'd like, you may also connect with a Banking Specialist at the number above, and they'll be happy to provide you with this information.
We apologize that we we're unable to provide you with an email to your TD Bank Store location, Cara, but we hope you found this information helpful.
Thanks again for stopping by, and have a great Saturday!
