You may fax the request for your loan address change (excluding Mortgages) to 207-755-4403. For address change requests on a Mortgages, please fax to 207-755-4229.
You also have the option of calling (800) 937-5020, stopping into a TD Bank Store, or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking which will send a secured email to change your address. Check http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you.
If you would like to send a Secure Message and you are not enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry – signing up is quick and easy! First, make sure you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number, and email address handy. Once you do, please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier. Finally, you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).

Unsecured Lines of Credit and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling (800) 937-5020.
Please understand your change of address requests can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
