You'll be happy to hear that there is no fee for getting a new Debit Card and there are many ways that you can go about getting a new one.
To order a new Debit Card, you may call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, the Customer Service Representative will place an order for a new card that will be sent to the mailing address on your account. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
Another way you can go about ordering a Debit Card is by sending us a secure message through Online Banking. To do this, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tad and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. You will receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Finally, you can visit any TD Store during lobby hours and our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to help. You'll even leave with your new card the same day! For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if your Debit Card is linked to a business account, to obtain a new card you can send us a secure message via your Online Banking or you can also stop by a TD Store for further assistance.
