Have two checks that were mailed around 10th of December that have no shown up and they are for my health insurance....two different locations.

As you mentioned that you have issued two checks to your insurance company and they have not been received at this time, we recommend placing a stop payment on these checks at your earliest convenience. To better assist you, please give us a call 24/7 to speak with a Customer Service Representative at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives would be happy to assist you in placing stop payments upon account verification.
You may also place a stop payment via Online Banking. To request a stop payment online, you will need to first log on to your online banking. If you have personal TD accounts and are signed up for our Retail online banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Depending on your Checking account type, there may be a fee applied for a stop payment. Please note; fees are subject to change. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our fee schedule.
In addition, you may also stop by your nearest TD Bank Store location to request the stop payment request in person. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
