Good afternoon, Deborah!
Happy Friday, and welcome to TD Helps!
Knowing the interest rate you may be earning is an important part of owning a Savings account, and we'll be more than happy to help you locate this information!
The first and most convenient way you may view the interest rate in your Holiday Club is review your account details by simply logging into your Online Banking. Feel free to use this link: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to do so. If you're not enrolled in Online Banking, that's okay! You can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to get started. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, your Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
If you have any trouble enrolling, or if you don't currently have a debit card, we invite you to call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once you're able to access your Personal Online Banking, you'll want to click on the hyperlink for your Holiday Club account under the 'Account Name' section. Next, click on the green tab that reads 'Account Details'. From here, you'll be able to see all your account details, including your interest rate!
If your Holiday Club account has activity, you should be receiving statements, and you can also locate your interest rate here! Once you have you statement in hand, you can find your rate towards the right hand side, under the 'Account Summary' section.
In addition to the methods mentioned above, you're also welcome to contact us at the number mentioned in the third paragraph, or you may visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Feel free to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store, as well as their lobby hours.
We hope this information was helpful, Deborah, and please don't hesitate to let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you.
Have a great weekend!
