Thanks for connecting with us here on TD Helps, Carl.
When making a withdrawal at a TD Bank location with a Teller there is not a limit on the amount in which you may take out. We do recommend contacting the TD Bank Store you will be visiting ahead of time to ensure that the funds are available. For TD Bank Store hours and locations please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you're looking to make a withdrawal from an ATM there would be limits that would prevent you from withdrawing $10,000.00. Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for more information on ATM/debit card limits (pages 39 & 40).
If you have any other questions you're welcome to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Bank location.
Hope this helps & have a great day.
