Thanks for joining us on TD Helps this afternoon, Mary.
We understand your concerns, and we'll be more than happy to assist you with enrolling your account(s) in online statements.
Here at TD Bank, we offer both paper and online statements to our Customers, and you can make your selection by simply logging into your Personal Online Banking. To access your online banking, you may click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in online banking, that's okay, as you can start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you'll need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you've logged in, to enroll in paperless statements, you'll first want to click on the 'Account Options' link, which you can find towards the top of your screen, then click on 'Statements & Notices.' From here, towards the bottom of your screen, under the 'Eligible Accounts' section, by clicking the 'Update Settings' link, you will have the ability to check the box that reads 'Online Statements'. In this same section, you'll also have the ability to check additional notices, and how you would like to receive them. Once completed, simply click 'Continue' to save your settings!
If you have any trouble enrolling in online statements, please know that we're here to help! Banking Specialists can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Additionally, as you mentioned that you're interested in not receiving any correspondence from TD Bank, you may also be interested in changing your Marketing Preferences. From time to time, you may receive marketing offers or survey requests from TD Bank, and if you'd prefer to change these preferences as well, you're welcome to do so by using this link: https://go.td.com/Z6vtVx.
We sincerely hope this information was helpful, Mary, and please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Take care, and enjoy your Thursday!
