Good morning, Melanie and thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps.
You may mail your Credit Card payments (no cash) via US mail:
TD Bank PO Box 16027 Lewiston, ME 04243-9513
You can also overnight your payments by mailing it to:
TD Card Services 1415 Warm Springs Road Columbus, GA 31904
Please understand, it may take up to 5 days to receive the payment depending on the post office and mailed payments are credited when received.
Additionally, there are other ways you can make a payment and we are more than happy to provide them to you. You can make payments over the phone by contacting TD Card Services at 1-888-561-8861. You will need to provide your card number, Name and Social Security number, then our TD Card Specialists would be happy to help and take your payment.
You also have the option of making payments online by using the Credit Care website at www.tdcardservices.com. If you have not enrolled your account, you can do so by selecting the "Set up your account now" link located on the right side of the page under "Need to enroll your Account?" or you can click here to take you directly to the enrollment page: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can make payments from the comfort of your own home! Online Banking Customers with a TD Bank checking or savings account may also make their credit card payments online at www.TDBank.com.
