It sounds as though you may be looking to transfer funds from an Individual Retirement Account you may have with another financial institution to an IRA you have with TD Bank. If this is the case, it's important to note that the address you will need to provide to your other financial institution will be as follows:

You may also wish to provide your other financial institution with the fax number to have this transfer completed. If this is the case, the fax number for our IRA Department is 803-996-7334.
In the event that you are not attempting to transfer funds to an IRA account you may have with TD Bank, but rather have the funds credited to a deposit account via a wire transfer, you will need to provide the sending financial institution with the following instructions:
Wire To: TD Bank
Wilmington, Delaware or full Store address
Credit to: Your account title and your account number
